Bluegrass Odyssey formed in the spring of 2003 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Inspired by such bands as Hot Rize, Lost & Found, Lonesome River Band, Blue Highway and several others, Bluegrass Odyssey offers the music each of these groups have made known throughout the bluegrass world.
Bluegrass Odyssey will cause most anyone to start toe taping, hand clapping and even singing with the flow of the music. With a good hard driving banjo leading the way throughout most of the songs, the upbeat singing, the strength of the fiddle, guitar and bass all follow along giving a true blend to the bluegrass music played.
And we do project much excitement in our music. George does most of the singing with a mellow voice that makes you feel that you are singing with him.
